Call for concepts for innovative projects to prevent and eliminate homelessness under the Community Capacity and Innovation Stream of Reaching Home (Deadline June 11, 2021)
The Government of Canada is providing approximately $6 million over three years, starting in 2021–22, for scalable projects that will test and develop new and innovative approaches to addressing homelessness in communities across the country.

NEWS RELEASE: Canada to Rapidly Create Affordable Housing and Support the Homeless
In addition to this substantial investment in housing, the Government of Canada will provide $236.7 million through Reaching Home: Canada’s Homelessness Strategy to help extend and expand the emergency response to the COVID-19 outbreak. This funding is in addition to the $157.5 million announced in April 2020 to help communities address the immediate impacts of the pandemic.
